Never transfer points before you see award space

Rule: Search the award first. When you see space at a rate you’d actually take, then transfer — preferably in the same session: search → screenshot → transfer → book.

A transfer bonus still isn’t a reason to dump everything. Move what the trip needs (small buffer OK).
